Metro Sliceteria's story begins just steps from America's first pizzeria. When our grandparents settled in New York's Little Italy, they lived only 50 yards from Gennaro Lombardi's legendary pizzeria, opened in 1905. Family members learned the craft by working in Sicilian bakeries, where coal-fired ovens baked pizzas for neighborhood families. Those recipes, techniques, and traditions have been passed down through generations since 1928.

For more than four decades, Metro Pizza has been serving handcrafted pizzas that have become a Las Vegas favorite. As the city grew and dining habits evolved, a new idea began to take shape- one that would make it easier to enjoy the same quality and craftsmanship in a more flexible way. That idea became The Sliceteria. Built as a pizza slice-forward concept, Metro Sliceteria offers a fresh take on the Metro Pizza experience.
