Cousins John Arena and Sam Facchini started making pizza at age 11 and 12. In 1980, they drove to Las Vegas with two ovens and opened the neighborhood pizzeria that's still here today.

We craft our dough daily and slow-ferment it for the right texture. It's hand-stretched and baked on a stone hearth — crisp on the outside, chewy all the way through.
